How does the Memphis Area Wage Survey differ from Compdata’s other surveys?

Every job published in the Memphis survey results contains a Memphis area breakout.  The Memphis Area Wage Survey is specifically geared towards evaluating the local labor market.  Compdata’s other surveys are published as either regional or national reports.  For example, Compensation Data Manufacturing & Distribution includes data from an entire region of the country and lists statewide and local breakouts when possible.  This means Compdata’s regional survey results may provide a local Memphis breakout, but it’s not guaranteed.  While the Memphis survey always shows the local breakout, there is no statewide or regional breakout included.  Compdata’s other products also contain information collected on hundreds of job titles.

Both survey results hold great value to an employer in Memphis.  For this reason, MSCA has arranged for special pricing for organizations interested in obtaining the Memphis Area Wage Survey results and the broader Compensation Data results.
