MSCA sponsors WorldatWork Certification Courses in Memphis. By offering the course in Memphis, Mid-South compensation and benefits professionals can work on certification without the expense of traveling to a distant location.

There is no time requirement for completion of the nine courses to become fully certified. More information on certification requirements is available on WorldatWork website.

• Eligible candidates include University of Memphis students with declared major of Psychology or Management with concentration in the area of Human Resources Management
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 is desirable in order to compete with other candidates
• Preference given to a member or immediate family member of the Mid-South Compensation Association.

• Pay practices & employee benefits
• Average pay rates for jobs in manufacturing, distribution, management, administration, clerical, and service areas

Cost for MSCA members is $175 (plus tax) for participants, $375 (plus tax) for non-participants.

Through WorldatWork, a national organization dedicated to excellence in the field of compensation, benefits, work-life and total rewards education and information, we offer courses necessary to obtain certification as compensation, benefits and total rewards professionals.

Membership in the Association is on an individual basis, as distinguished from company or group membership and is open to individuals engaged in one or more activities in the field of compensation or human resources. Membership is also open to other interested professionals or students as determined by the MSCA Board of Directors.

Membership dues are payable March 1st each year and are in effect until the end of February of the following year. Dues are $75.00 per person and $65.00 for additional members within the same company.

The on-line MSCA Membership Directory requires a logon ID and password which is supplied to paid members each year.  You are encouraged to join the association, by using the on-line membership application.  Questions? 1. Please enter all information accurately as it is used to prepare the annual Membership Directory.
2. Please list certifications and check the applicable experience codes.
3. Please arrange to pay your membership dues promptly. MSCA membership dues are based on a calendar year basis (March-February) and are $75 per person and $65 for additional members within the same company.
