Designing Your Sales Compensation Plans to Support Unique Roles with Different Revenue Motions

Presenter:         Craig Ackerman

Designing Your Sales Compensation Plans to Support Unique Roles with Different Revenue Motions

This speech will focus on how sales strategy and revenue motions drive the need for unique sales compensation programs. We’ll discuss the end-to-end sales process (i.e., ID, Design, Close, Implement, to Service) and how the revenue motions from fulfillment to product advocacy to sales innovation drive the need for different roles and, ultimately, unique pay mix and metrics.

Join us for this interactive session on how your HR department can strategically meet your compensation challenges during this time of slow economic growth and transformation in today’s workforce culture.
