Title: A joint presentation on “2015 Key Compensation Trends and Evolving Issues: Recent findings from several Mercer studies, including the annual compensation planning study”.

Speaker One: Josh Wilson, is a Partner and South Market Talent Business Leader at Mercer.  Mr. Wilson provides strategic advice on executive and employee compensation, annual incentive plan design and stock option program design. He brings more than 14 years of experience in development of human resources and reward strategies, job evaluation, market analysis, management of compensation surveys, stock option programs, and the design and implementation of executive, management and sales incentive plans.

Speaker Two: Julian Pawlowski is a Principal at Mercer. Mr. Pawlowski is an experienced Compensation and Benefits professional with more than 15 years of experience in both corporate and consulting environments.  He is effective in developing organization structures and delivering rewards programs supporting business and HR strategies that attract, engage and align all levels of talent.

2015 has seen some interesting developments in the compensation arena, from FLSA changes to the Pay Ratio legislation, all with the backdrop of a growing economy and low unemployment rates. Companies are more focused than ever on balancing compensation programs with a pay–for–performance culture, all while trying to attract, develop and retain talent from 4 generations.

  • Recent FLSA, Pay Ratio and other legislative actions
  • The move away from annual performance reviews by GE and others and the implications for compensation planning and administration
  • Best practices in sales compensation
  • The merging of career development and compensation in Career Frameworks

Join us for this interactive session on how your HR department can strategically meet your compensation challenges during this time of slow economic growth and transformation in today’s workforce culture.
