Presenters:   


Speaker One: Brad Federman is the COO of F&H Solutions Group. They offer expert, objective advice to help clients improve their people, policies and processes to meet best practice standards in human resources and labor relations.

Brad is a consultant with more than 24 years of corporate experience in various aspects of human resources including employee compensation and performance management. He also has been interviewed for articles in numerous publications such as Fortune Small Business, Los Angeles Times and HR Magazine.


Speaker Two: Dylan King is an Attorney with Ford Harrison, one of the leading law firms in the nation, with over 200 lawyers in 29 offices across the country.   Their practice focuses on all aspects of labor and employment law.  As Dylan is Co-author of The Fluctuating Workweek Method of Paying Overtime Under The FLSA, The Practical Law Company, Inc. (2012)
